General
What services do you offer?
Manicures, pedicures and nail extensions, hair cutting, colour and styling, facials, lash extensions, brows, waxing, massage, Moroccan bath, LPG Endermologie and make-up. The full list with prices is on our booking page.
What are your opening hours?
Every day from 10am to 10pm at Sheikha Fatima Park, Al Mamoura and Al Seef Village Mall, and 10am to 9pm at Cleveland Clinic.
Do you accept walk-ins or is booking required?
We recommend booking in advance so you get the time and the therapist you want, but walk-ins are welcome whenever the schedule allows.
Bookings
How can I book an appointment?
Online through our booking page, by WhatsApp to the lounge of your choice, or by phone. The numbers are on the Contact page.
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Yes. Rescheduling or cancelling is free with at least 24 hours' notice. Late changes may carry a cancellation fee.
Do you take group bookings?
Absolutely. We welcome groups of friends, bridal parties and celebrations, and we can reserve a corner of the lounge or the cafe. Message us in advance so we can arrange it.
Do you offer home service?
Yes. Most treatments can come to you anywhere in Abu Dhabi. Ask your nearest lounge on WhatsApp for availability.
Treatments
What nail products do you use?
Salon-grade products from trusted international brands such as OPI and Gelish, chosen for lasting results and nail health.
Are your facials suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. Our therapists hold a short consultation before every facial and tailor the treatment to your skin on the day.
What is LPG Endermologie?
A patented mechanical massage performed with the LPG machine. On the face it lifts and firms; on the body it smooths cellulite, drains water retention and reshapes the silhouette. It is non-invasive and done as a course of sessions after a consultation.
What is pressotherapy?
Lymphatic drainage by air pressure: a suit inflates and releases in waves along the legs and abdomen for about thirty minutes. It eases water retention and tired legs, and pairs well with LPG.
Do you offer bridal make-up or event packages?
Yes. We do make-up for weddings and special occasions, and bridal and group packages are available on request.
The cafe
Is the café open to everyone?
Yes. The cafés at Sheikha Fatima Park and Al Seef Village Mall are open to all, treatment or no treatment. Every drink can be made to take away.
Do you have vegan or gluten-free options?
We keep a selection of wellness-friendly drinks and snacks. Ask the café team for what is available that day.
Payments, parking & policies
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, credit and debit cards, and online payment for bookings made through our booking page.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, physical and digital, for any amount, valid for one year at all four lounges. They cover treatments, not products or the cafe. Ask at reception or on WhatsApp, and we send a payment link.
What is your refund policy?
Completed services are not refundable, but if something was not right we will always work to put it right. Unused retail products can be returned within 7 days.
Is there parking?
Yes. Sheikha Fatima Park has a multi-storey car park, free for two hours when you validate a receipt of AED 100 or more, plus Mawaqif street parking and valet for AED 100. Al Seef Village Mall has free outdoor and underground parking. Cleveland Clinic has free underground parking on P2.
